Minera Escondida

Applications for the program Master in Globalization Management, which is being offered for a second time by the Department of Industrial Engineering of Universidad de Chile, will be open through February 15.

Similarly to the past two years the program was first launched, applications for the 2009 Master in Globalization Management under the Minera Escondida (BHP Billiton) grant will be submitted exclusively via the web site. People interested in participating should complete the form found in the web site www.magisterglobalizacion.cl, and follow the instructions given for completing the process.

The list of applicants eligible to take the admission exams will be published during the second week of March 2009.

This program aimed to the Formation of Professionals for a Global Chile, began in 2007 and will eventually form a total of 150 young professionals with academic excellence background. The Program implies an investment of US$ 11.8 million, which will be completely funded by Minera Escondida.
